How many reps is too many? - Powered by Infopop: "If you ever took a Body Pump class you'll know what high reps do. You do anywhere from 80 to 110 reps of many exercises. I have found it burns a lot of calories and does get you cut, as long as you still have workouts in the 8-12 rep range. It's tough!"

Where do you get barcodes?: Ask an Expert - Catapult - ABC Online: "In Australia, there's a cross-industry organisation called GS1 Australia that allocates barcode numbers by way of a centralised scheme to ensure each supplier has unique numbers.

Basically you ask GS1 Australia to issue you the numbers and then no other company can have them.

Contact GS1 Australia via their website. There is a charge($530)to become a member of GS1, and there is a cost to have the numbers registered."
