How many reps is too many? - Powered by Infopop: "If you ever took a Body Pump class you'll know what high reps do. You do anywhere from 80 to 110 reps of many exercises. I have found it burns a lot of calories and does get you cut, as long as you still have workouts in the 8-12 rep range. It's tough!"
